i work in a warehouse i was stacking some shelves when a box fell on me from up high as it had been pushed from behind by the forks on a forklift i broke my collar bone and arm and was off work for a 3 weeks. there was no cage to stop it from falling and there should have been.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Can you please confirm.

What was the date of the accident (i.e. was it within the last 3 years)?
What part of the UK did the accident occur in (England, Scotland or Wales)?
